Passion chocolat ?
"I know the team well.
They’re more than just “dressers of chocolate”, they’re real enthusiasts, fanatical about good living and leading members of the trade.
I used to meet them everywhere and appreciated in them what I like so much about chocolate designers: the enthusiasm, the creativity and… a real ability to create optimism…
We gradually started working together, then learned to understand each other, and then
 

they became friends… since then we’ve worked on more and more projects!
I think that their strength lies in the fact that they are, first and foremost, a team with a simple, single-minded determination to offer the best possible service to the customer.
We know it well in our work: work hard and with confidence, but don’t take yourself too seriously.
And it works: my colleagues often tell me so.
You know, I do quite a bit of travelling for my work-cum-passion; I still haven’t come across an example, in France or abroad, of such an open conception of the chocolate trade.
So “Passion Chocolat”…
is a bit like a family to me!

La TE 4 avec écran tactile est une enrobeuse tempéreuse idéale pour l'enrobage et le moulage des chocolats.
Le top de la cristallisation avec un rendement continu.
L'automate permet un démarrage en mode automatique et l'enregistrement de programmes (40 programmes pour chaque couverture, lait et noire).

Les "plus" de la TE4 avec écran tactile :


La cristallisation optimale permet un rendement continu d'enrobage quelle que soit la durée.
L'alimentation en chocolat possible pendant l'utilisation par remplissage automatique ou manuel.
Les fonctions écran tactile : 3 langues au choix, mise en veille automatique ou encore la possibilité de mise en marche du mélangeur en alternance pendant la fonte du chocolat.
