EMF Trading is since 1976 the Middle East Coordination office for the BARRY CALLEBAUT Group, the world leader in Chocolate and Cocoa products.

EMF was the pioneer in introducing a new concept for technical assistance in the region by buildinf in its premises (Lebanon and Emirates) an application and training laboratory for developing, making and testing new products in Pastry and chocolate pralines and to show the Belgian traditional way of treating chocolate.
A professional technician, “Callebaut Ambassador”, is responsible for this lab. And along with many visiting “Ambassadors”, offer a complementary service to the chefs and local people.

EMF employs in total 50 people, possess 6 warehouses, equipped with refrigerators and freezers and a delivery fleet of 17 trucks.

In the rest of the 14 Middle Eastern countries where EMF is not operating directly, EMF cooperates with a professional network of distributors.

Countries covered : Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Palestine, Egypt, Lybia and Cyprus.
